Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) Statement

The Researchers Journal of Science and Technology recognizes the growing role of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in academic writing and research communication. To maintain transparency, integrity, and scholarly responsibility, authors are required to disclose the use of any AI-assisted technologies, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Grammarly AI, Gemini, Copilot, or similar tools, during the preparation of manuscripts.

Generative AI tools may be used only to improve language expression, readability, grammar, formatting, or organizational structure of manuscripts. However, such tools must not be listed as authors or co-authors, as they cannot assume responsibility for the originality, accuracy, ethical compliance, or scientific integrity of the work submitted.

Authors remain fully responsible and accountable for:
- the originality and authenticity of the manuscript,
- the accuracy of data, analyses, citations, and interpretations,
- avoidance of plagiarism and fabricated content,
- and compliance with ethical and publication standards of the journal.

Where AI tools have been used, authors should include a clear disclosure statement in the manuscript, preferably under the section “Acknowledgements” or “Declaration.” An example is provided below:

"The authors used [Name of AI Tool] solely for language editing and manuscript organization. All scientific content, interpretations, and conclusions remain the responsibility of the authors."

The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject manuscripts where the use of AI compromises academic integrity, originality, confidentiality, or ethical standards.
This policy aligns with evolving international publishing standards and best practices for responsible AI use in scholarly publishing.
